Why Do Our Clients Call Us?
To speak the truth
We work with smart, capable clients. Good people in good organizations with worthy missions. They call us because they know that even in the best organizations it sometimes takes an outside voice to say things differently, to tell their stories in new ways, or to see emerging patterns.
To create space for thinking, learning, and planning
Talented, creative leaders often find it hard to make time for strategy and learning. We make it easier for them by organizing, preparing, and facilitating planning projects, and bringing new ideas to the table.
To address complex challenges and leverage opportunities
New initiatives or special projects can stress even the most efficient organizations, or they can require expertise that's not available on staff. We can help manage projects so staff can focus on providing the creative input, without losing focus on their core work.
